Requirements
Must:
- Proven staff-level experience in software development focused on cloud-based solutions.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
- In-depth familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native architectural patterns.
- Experience in scripting with AWS CDK for development and maintenance.
- Proficiency in IP networking concepts, including TCP/IP and associated protocols.
- Demonstrated capability across the full technology stack: backend, frontend, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for independent work.
- Experience with extensive production cloud platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with IoT, data-intensive systems, or device integration is preferred.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and automated deployment strategies is preferred.
- Experience in performance tuning and cloud environment observability is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar practical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain scalable backend services on the AWS platform.
- Contribute to the architecture and technical design of large-scale distributed cloud systems.
- Create and maintain services utilizing Node.js and other backend technologies.
- Develop schemas and enhance query performance for PostgreSQL databases.
- Implement and test infrastructure-as-code solutions with AWS CDK.
- Build and uphold frontend applications using React framework.
- Assist in mobile application development utilizing React Native for both Android and iOS.
- Write software components with JavaScript/Node.js, Python, Rust, and C/C++ as required.
- Maintain high standards in code quality, testing, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate effectively with product teams, QA, and operations while retaining strong individual ownership.
- Take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of development, testing, deployment, and production readiness for your assigned tasks.
