Requirements
Must:

- Background in shipping, logistics, or procurement coordination (preferred).
- Experience in PMO or project coordination roles (preferred).
- Knowledge of telecom, infrastructure, or hardware deployments (preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proactive, solution-driven attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete process from intake through procurement to shipment and delivery.
- Track and reconcile data across Jira, SAP, and Excel trackers.
- Oversee purchase orders, shipments, and inventory movement to guarantee timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with finance and procurement partners.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from various sources into organized trackers.
- Initiate and oversee ticketing workflows to facilitate equipment deployment.
- Identify and rectify process issues like incorrect codes, missing data, and delays.
- Mitigate delays that could affect project timelines or financial risks.
- Assist in coordinating software and hardware releases across engineering teams.
- Support tasks related to planning, testing, and implementing releases.
- Help manage competing priorities between project work and release timelines.
- Assist in managing the centralized intake of project requests and adherence to standards.
- Track incoming demand and ensure visibility into the project pipeline.
- Partner with project managers and stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and workflow.
