Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in software development, particularly with C#.
- At least 5 years of expertise in API development and system integration.
- More than 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Azure integration services.
- Proficient in C# and .NET for developing APIs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Azure API Management, Logic Apps, and Application Gateway.
- Familiar with RESTful, SOAP, Streaming, and Bulk APIs and their security measures.
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipeline processes.
- Experienced with tools including Jira, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and communicating effectively.
- Experience with identity and authentication management.
- Prior exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and sustain APIs and integrations leveraging Azure services like APIM, Logic Apps, Application Gateway, and C# APIs.
- Mentor junior developers and advocate for optimal API design practices and enhancements.
- Partner with IT and business teams to identify integration needs and transform them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Scrum Masters to strategize and schedule API development tasks.
- Monitor, diagnose, and enhance integration performance and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for APIs, workflows, development processes, and standards.
- Collaborate with the information security team to ensure the security, scalability, and compliance of integration solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment, implementing CI/CD to streamline processes.
- Develop automated tests to minimize regression time and work with QA on validation and user acceptance testing plans.
- Construct a reusable API library in conjunction with Applications and Data teams to minimize direct integrations.
