Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience on multiple Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with SAFe or similar agile scaling frameworks.
- Proficiency in Jira or Rally for tracking and analyzing delivery metrics.
- Strong analytical skills for quick issue resolution and conflict management.
- Knowledge of methods to identify and address gaps in Scrum practices.
- Capability to differentiate genuine Scrum from non-compliant practices.
- Skill in translating academic agile concepts into practical applications.
- Experience with effective lean-agile methodologies.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and high-pressure scenarios.
- Self-driven with strong focus and commitment to follow-through.
- A minimum of three to five years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Preferred experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Relevant agile certifications from SAFe, Scrum Alliance, or Scrum.org.
Responsibilities
- Guide Scrum teams in implementing lean-agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Mentor product owners and development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate self-organization within teams and promote accountability.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles while coaching teams to independently do so.
- Assist teams in pinpointing and rectifying weaknesses in lean-agile frameworks.
- Mediate conflicts and challenges that may arise within and between teams.
- Enhance Scrum maturity through data-driven coaching techniques.
- Aid product owners with training and backlog management as required.
- Contribute to the tailored framework and playbook that outlines working methods.
- Support scaling mechanisms and guide team interactions with program-level initiatives.
