Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in Agile project leadership within data, analytics, or engineering sectors, demonstrating a sophisticated balance of structure and flexibility.
- Established background as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager for engineering, data, or other technical teams.
- High level of expertise in Jira, encompassing workflow setup, project configuration, dashboards, and reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation practices to enhance workflows and reporting efficiencies.
- Solid grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with proven best practices.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in team coaching, dependency management, and driving accountability.
- Experience working with Finance organizations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, iteration planning sessions, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Propel the team toward enhanced performance, self-management, and continuous improvement.
- Manage Jira projects, focusing on workflow configuration, board creation, dashboards, reporting, and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members during backlog refinement, story writing, estimation, and aligning priorities with business objectives.
- Improve prioritization frameworks to concentrate efforts on the most valuable initiatives.
- Monitor and share Agile metrics like velocity, burndown, and team health to facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Develop leadership dashboards and reporting materials for Monthly Business Reviews.
- Ensure cross-team coordination, manage interdependencies, and identify potential risks.
- Advocate for transparency through meticulous documentation and reporting via Jira and Confluence.
- Create a collaborative team atmosphere that nurtures open dialogue, responsibility, and constructive criticism.
