Requirements
Must:
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale teams
- Active Scrum Master certification
- Demonstrated expertise within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments
- Experience working with large, established teams with complex interdependencies
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
- Capacity to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation settings
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred
- SAFe Agilist (SA) certification preferred
- SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification preferred
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred
- Familiarity with SAP or enterprise platform teams preferred
- Background in omnichannel, customer experience, or digital product initiatives preferred
Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated Scrum Master for the omnichannel delivery team to promote effective agile execution
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Mentor team members, product owners, and stakeholders on SAFe and agile best practices
- Ensure a steady supply of groomed, ready backlog items to maintain team productivity
- Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify actionable requirements in line with program objectives
- Identify, escalate, and eliminate impediments that could impact sprint commitments or delivery results
- Serve as a connector between delivery teams and leadership to maintain transparency regarding progress, risks, and dependencies
- Provide timely insights to the Program Manager about delivery health and team capacity
- Hold stakeholders accountable for timelines and commitments in a positive way
- Coordinate efforts across value streams and programs within a large-scale enterprise SAFe framework
- Assist with release planning, PI planning, and aligning cross-team dependencies
- Encourage consistency as the enterprise-wide agile transformation advances
Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead an omnichannel product team within a SAFe-based enterprise model. This remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of $55.00 to $65.00 (W2) and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, a 401k plan with company matching, and life insurance.
