Requirements
Must:
- 6-9 years of overall development experience
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Extensive knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, and Salesforce integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, triggers, and governor limits
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ tools, with a preference for Conga
- Bachelors or higher degree in a technology-related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Create and uphold Apex classes, triggers, and integrations while following Salesforce best practices and governance limits
- Implement client-side features using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the Salesforce platform
- Utilize Salesforce APIs and integration patterns to link Salesforce with external applications
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to technical architecture, development standards, and release management
- Take part in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design meetings
- Generate clear and concise technical and design documentation
- Assist fellow team members by providing solutions, mentoring when necessary, and helping address technical difficulties
