Product Manager - Tech Focused

- Identify, integrate, and oversee strategic partners with established tiering and service level agreements (SLAs). - Facilitate agreement execution with the legal department and maintain governance with partners. - Lead planning and execution of interoperability tests for major releases and new product introductions. - Define device cohorts and testing matrices that include bands, channels, backhaul, DFS, client steering, and roaming. - Coordinate laboratory and test facility replication, capture telemetry, logs, and generate validation reports along with risk assessments. - Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and vendors to resolve interoperability issues before and after releases. - Manage structured issue intake regarding production, support, employee testing, and vendor reports. - Maintain a structured taxonomy, severity definitions, and prioritization criteria based on customer impact. - Oversee replication in both vendor labs and internal sites to ensure reproducibility and lead root cause analysis. - Establish paths for firmware, cloud, and configuration fixes, along with mitigation strategies, and ensure solutions are validated before release. - Organize and align fix releases with release schedules, ensuring thorough validation, regression coverage, and monitoring. - Create dashboards and executive summaries on interoperability trends and critical remediation metrics. - Provide validation summaries with strategic recommendations and readiness assessments for each significant release or launch. - Share insights on ecosystem trends to shape the advanced Wi-Fi development roadmap. - Suggest pilot and co-development initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experiences and minimizing support issues. - Uphold data privacy, regulatory compliance, and ethical use of device intelligence. - Manage partner scorecards and conduct routine business assessments.
