Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, Partner Management, Program Management, or Technical Account Management.
- Practical experience in implementing and managing customer and employee feedback systems while analyzing trending data.
- Demonstrated ability in steering cross-functional initiatives alongside Engineering, QA, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Background in telecommunications, broadband, or Wi-Fi sectors is preferred.
- Familiar with Lean and Agile methodologies in large enterprise settings.
- In-depth understanding of Wi-Fi technologies.
- Strong skills in data-driven product management, including KPI definition and data analysis of telemetry.
- Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Tableau, and social media analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with telemetry platforms and vendor ecosystems such as Plume/OpenSync or CUJO DI is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including SAFE, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities
- Gather insights from both internal team and external user feedback, integrating qualitative and quantitative data to drive product enhancements.
- Transform gathered feedback into actionable, prioritized product improvements and strategies for hardware, firmware, and internal systems.
- Establish, monitor, and communicate success metrics, including sentiment analysis, issue resolution speed, and metrics related to user complaints.
- Conduct competitive analyses on various ISP, FWA, and third-party WiFi hardware options and advanced features.
- Oversee proactive engagement on social media regarding WiFi 7, collaborating with media and customer success teams to handle public feedback and manage potential risks.
- Collaborate with engineering, firmware, UX, and hardware teams to outline requirements, generate user stories and epics, ensuring that verified feedback influences product releases and enhancements.
- Facilitate alignment across teams through regular sharing of insights, roadmap assessments, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure adherence to regulations, data privacy standards, and ethical use of device intelligence.
- Maintain partner performance metrics and contribute to routine business evaluations.
