Requirements
Must:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD platform and its modules, including Employee Relations and reporting
- Proven track record of multiple HRSD implementations with solid understanding of integrations
- Background in case management, lifecycle orchestration, and user portals for employees and managers
- Demonstrated ability to oversee complex digital products in an agile setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with tools and processes that enable scalable, intelligent HR service delivery
- Proficiency in reporting frameworks, scripting languages such as TypeScript, and ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- Capability to define and deliver both operational and strategic reporting for HR and management stakeholders
- Strong grasp of HR profiling with a keen balance between business needs and technology
- Eagerness to explore the rationale behind processes and apply best practices
Responsibilities
- Define and refine the HRSD product vision to align with overarching HR objectives
- Develop and manage product roadmaps that emphasize automation, self-service, and experience design
- Formulate strategies for enhancing employee journeys, leveraging AI integrations, and strengthening reporting features
- Oversee the establishment of Employee Relations modules, including reporting, access management, and data integration
- Craft operational reports for contact centers and leadership that cover metrics on sentiment, feedback, and call types
- Create trending analytics to track performance and user journey experiences
- Utilize existing reporting modules such as Performance Analytics dashboards
- Write scripts, including TypeScript, and explore available App Engine capabilities
- Establish reporting requirements, data models, and mechanisms for delivering insights across HRSD and employee experience
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Talent, and Legal to ensure features meet business demands and create integrated solutions
- Present product insights and performance metrics to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Manage agile delivery teams to prioritize and deliver backlog items while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience
- Ensure successful deployment, testing, and adoption of new HRSD functionalities
- Develop clear solutions in uncertain environments and distill complex challenges into actionable insights
- Identify opportunities for automation using AI tools to alleviate manual workloads
- Advocate for Now Assist, virtual agent capabilities, proactive prompts, and lifecycle orchestration
- Enhance employee journeys through AI to improve personalization and minimize friction
