Requirements

Must:
- Strong project management abilities with a focus on delivering against a roadmap. - Expertise in data mapping across various platforms. - Passion for becoming a subject-matter expert in enterprise applications, cybersecurity, audits, and compliance. - Capability to write SQL queries and assess APIs to verify data exchanges and mappings. - Experience in technical analysis to examine system behavior and convert insights into user stories. - Background in cybersecurity and auditing is preferred. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with Jira is advantageous. - Over 10 years of systems analysis experience, with 3-5 years specifically in identity and access management or governance. - Knowledge of entitlement hierarchies, RBAC, and creation of audit evidence. - Understanding of compliance frameworks. - Proficiency in data analysis and documentation, ensuring precise organization and classification of entitlements. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business teams. - Experience with database structures, Salesforce, certificate management, and federation metadata. - Scripting or query skills in SQL for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

- Define and sustain user roles, entitlement groups, and access levels that match business functions and security needs. - Set clear naming conventions and taxonomy for entitlements to enhance scalability. - Document and maintain user flows for personas needing authorization across diverse environments. - Ensure entitlement structures are consistent with security policies, regulatory obligations, and governance frameworks. - Identify and resolve outdated or excessive entitlements and lead efforts to clean up unused data and applications. - Prepare documentation for policies, standards, and approval workflows, maintaining accountability with governance entities. - Collaborate with cybersecurity and risk teams to identify, document, and address access risks or policy breaches. - Validate technical artifacts for identity federation, ensuring proper integration with IAM and platform systems. - Maintain traceability between business roles and system access while comprehending authorization models. - Provide business and technical requirements for current and future identity and access use cases. - Partner with digital security teams to enforce policies and implement technical controls. - Facilitate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders and support product priorities. - Keep accurate records of accounts, roles, and entitlements, enforcing RBAC and least privilege principles. - Oversee access request processes, approvals, exceptions, and regular access reviews. - Ensure that identity activities are documented and auditable while preparing compliance reports. - Record provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management policies, assisting in segregation of duties analysis. - Use IAG tools to create dashboards and metrics, and provide training and mentorship on governance policies. - Conduct data mapping across platforms, documenting complete data flows for access-related integrations. - Write SQL queries and evaluate APIs to confirm data exchange, documenting findings with the team. - Translate technical analysis and UI modifications into actionable user stories.
