Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in the administration and usage of Jira within enterprise agile environments
- Extensive experience with Jira Align (AgileCraft) and various agile planning tools
- Capable of troubleshooting issues in Jira, Jira Align, agile tools, and workflow processes
- Strong background in creating and managing interactive Power BI reports and dashboards
- Proven ability to build and support end-to-end Power BI data models
- Advanced SQL skills with proficiency in Snowflake and Oracle databases, along with Excel expertise
- Experienced in mentoring teams on Power BI best practices and facilitating tool adoption
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to support change management initiatives
Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation, deployment, integration, and management of Jira, Jira Align, and related agile tools
- Collaborate with leaders, agile teams, coaches, and end users to foster adoption and standardization of tools
- Diagnose and resolve issues within Jira, Jira Align, agile tools, and intake forms
- Develop, publish, and sustain customized interactive Power BI reports and dashboards
- Analyze, design, develop, test, launch, and maintain Power BI data models
- Conduct advanced data analysis utilizing SQL, Snowflake, Oracle databases, and Excel
- Educate and guide teams on the best practices for Power BI adoption
- Work together with business, technology, and enterprise stakeholders to enhance transparency and planning processes
