Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support of IT systems, specifically Oracle HRMS, Finance, and BI applications.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge regarding Oracle EBS HRMS configurations, interfaces, and data conversion.
- Familiarity with Oracle Financials modules such as GL, FA, AP, PO, and PA.
- Proven experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.1 and R12.2.
- Proficient in Oracle SQL.
- Working knowledge of PL/SQL for analysis and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Oracle Workflow and AME.
- Familiarity with XML Publisher (BI Publisher) reports.
- Ability to provide functional guidance on RICEW components.
- Experience supporting HRMS integrations with external systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Visio, Project, and OneNote.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and recommendations effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across various functional groups and levels professionally.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Consult and assist users in troubleshooting application and user-related issues.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications for diverse projects.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, conflicting business processes, and integration challenges; propose alternative resolutions.
- Oversee projects in accordance with internal lifecycle processes and proactively manage timeline or completion risks with the PMO and stakeholders.
