Requirements

Must:
- Minimum seven years of experience in OT cybersecurity or a related field. - Preferred experience supporting DoD or federal cybersecurity environments. - Hands-on familiarity with industrial control systems and OT settings. - Comprehensive understanding of OT systems including SCADA, ICS, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and field devices. - Proficiency with OT communication protocols such as ModbTCP, DNP3, BACnet, and IEC 61850. - Knowledge of secure OT network architectures, including segmentation, firewalls, and IDS/IPS. - Awareness of secure remote access solutions for OT conditions. - Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as ACAS, Nessus, Qualys, Forescout, and EyeInspect. - Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, and NERC CIP. - Understanding of DoD cybersecurity requirements including STIGs, IAVMs, and configuration guides. - Proficiency in patch and change management processes. - Ability to conduct forensic analysis within OT settings. - Competence in Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, and Power Platform. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Capacity to work independently and collaboratively. - Active DoD Secret Clearance. - Completion of a training module or course in Forescout.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning, design, development, testing, integration, and safeguarding of OT systems. - Analyze and implement OT cybersecurity needs and regulatory controls. - Execute vulnerability assessments on OT and IT systems, networks, applications, and databases. - Create, maintain, and validate cybersecurity documentation and artifacts. - Oversee and monitor POA&M entries, including remediation strategies and timelines. - Conduct OT-specific risk evaluations and suggest mitigation tactics. - Support DoD cybersecurity assessments and ensure environmental preparedness. - Implement and fine-tune OT security monitoring solutions, including IDS, IPS, and anomaly detection tools. - Formulate and execute OT-specific incident response plans. - Manage software and firmware upgrades while minimizing operational impact. - Prepare cybersecurity reports, analytics, and trend analyses for leadership. - Link IT and OT cybersecurity practices to ensure comprehensive protections. - Provide technical guidance to engineers, operators, and management. - Assist in meeting compliance with industry and regulatory cybersecurity standards. - Develop automated workflows for vulnerability management and reporting.
