Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in architecting and managing complex data networks. - Hands-on design and architecture experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). - Expertise in routing and switching protocols such as BGP and EIGRP, including Quality of Service (QoS). - Proficient in dealing with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco Firepower VPN. - Familiarity with Cisco ACI and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC). - Strong grasp of IPv6 and demonstrated experience migrating from IPv4 to IPv6. - Knowledgeable in DHCP, DNS, VPN, MPLS, MTIPS, and Out-of-Band networks. - Experience in cloud infrastructure and firewall management. - Familiar with virtualization networking technologies (preferred). - Excellent troubleshooting abilities for resolving user-impacting network issues. - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - Ability to attain a Position of Public Trust and complete the eApp NBIS form. - Bachelors degree. - Cisco CCIE certification.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and administer the Cisco Identity Services Engine environment. - Lead the transition from IPv4 to IPv6 across network domains. - Design, implement, and manage data network services while resolving intricate network challenges. - Provide direct operational support to internal teams regarding network incidents and requests. - Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure components. - Collaborate with application owners and IT stakeholders to deliver a scalable, efficient, and stable network. - Research, plan, design, and implement network technologies following industry best practices. - Collect and document network requirements from internal business units. - Develop and contribute to network policies, procedures, and change management processes. - Work with virtualization teams to ensure compatibility between physical and virtual networks. - Engage in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity efforts.
