Requirements
Must:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a practical research environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, SPSS or DisplayR, and Qualtrics.
- Experience in transforming data into insightful conclusions for business or communication strategies.
- Familiarity with consumer and social research methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model or fully remote setting in Washington, DC.
- Capability to provide a writing sample showcasing research communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Social Science, Marketing Research, or a related field is mandatory.
- A Masters degree in Social Science, Marketing Research, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and compose small-scale surveys, screeners, and interview frameworks.
- Oversee vendor deliverables by maintaining research documentation, performing quality evaluations, and managing schedules.
- Conduct statistical assessments using SPSS and other analytical software.
- Generate reports and presentations, featuring charts and tables, utilizing Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain research report integrity through cross-verification.
- Aggregate, synthesize, and assess secondary research from various sources for internal circulation.
- Collaborate with the research team on immediate data requests and help expedite diverse projects.
