Requirements
Must:
- 2 to 7 years of relevant technology experience
- Proficient in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and CICS on the mainframe
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying Batch and CICS applications
- Strong knowledge of mainframe tools such as ENDEVOR, FILE-AID, ABEND-AID, and CONTROL-M
- Experienced in working within an Agile environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Capability to learn new technologies and collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with a proactive approach
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance mainframe applications that support Defined Contribution projects
- Design, build, and deploy Batch and CICS applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members across different locations
- Utilize mainframe tools like ENDEVOR, FILE-AID, ABEND-AID, and CONTROL-M
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery processes
- Analyze issues, troubleshoot errors, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software
- Support Workplace Investing initiatives by delivering stable and maintainable solutions
