Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of practical experience in software engineering and architecture, with extensive knowledge in .NET (C# and ASP.NET Core) and Azure cloud services.
- Advanced expertise in Azure AI Services for developing and deploying AI-driven enterprise solutions.
- Proficient in microservices, API-first design with REST or GraphQL, event-driven systems, and managing containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Excellent capabilities in code reviews, testing, problem-solving, and providing technical leadership.
- Experience in integrating AI functionalities through REST APIs or SDKs into business applications.
- Background in Business Process Management implementation, preferably with Pega.
- Familiarity with regulated industries, particularly Property and Casualty insurance, is desirable.
- Knowledge of Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch will be considered advantageous.
- Familiarity with other BPM tools like Camunda or Appian is a plus.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React, advanced SQL skills, and data streaming technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ is preferred.
- Awareness of data privacy, compliance, and security regulations related to cloud and AI integration is beneficial.
- Capability to lead evaluations, implementations, and integration of modeling software into enterprise systems and processes is a plus.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Azure certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native full-stack applications utilizing .NET and Azure, focusing on scalability, performance, and dependability.
- Set and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and architectural rules on projects.
- Advocate for automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Terraform, Bicep, and ARM, while ensuring thorough documentation is maintained.
- Design and integrate AI functionalities through Azure AI Services, including Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, OpenAI, and Bot Services for tasks like analytics and automation.
- Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and mentor engineers in cloud-native and AI methodologies as well as agile delivery practices.
- Work closely with product management, QA, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure the delivery of features that meet business objectives.
- Assess and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity, quality, and security.
- Verify compliance with enterprise software quality, performance, and regulatory requirements.
