Requirements
Must:
- Proven leadership experience, including the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Over 7 years of proven experience as a UI developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
- In-depth knowledge of React; experience with React Native is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Git for version control.
- Working experience with GraphQL.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Skills in unit testing, debugging, and enhancing performance.
- Familiarity with React workflows like Redux or Flux.
- Experience leveraging WebSockets.
- Exposure to testing frameworks such as Playwright or similar tools.
- Experience with integration of mock services for APIs and databases.
- Knowledge of message brokers, preferably Kafka.
- Ability to work autonomously, showcasing leadership potential for a future UI Lead position.
- Familiarity with mapping libraries, such as Mapbox GL.
- Strong emphasis on coding discipline and testing rigor, including unit tests and mock services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team to create state-of-the-art applications.
- Design and implement dynamic, message-driven components using React.
- Ensure optimal user interface responsiveness across different devices and states.
- Diagnose and resolve software and application interface issues.
- Take ownership of specific UI design elements from inception to rollout.
- Collaborate closely with the backend team to integrate event-driven architecture and WebSocket functionalities.
