Requirements

Must:
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD knowledge management, knowledge bases, and article types from a governance standpoint. - Proven experience in developing and sustaining content standards and governance frameworks within a large, matrixed organization. - Excellent skills in writing, editing, and content design, with the ability to clarify complex HR topics for both employee and agent audiences. - Familiarity with Now Assist for HR, including generative AI search and agentic AI workflows, along with insights into content quality effects. - Strong understanding of NLU, metadata, and structured content design principles that enhance AI search relevance and accuracy. - Comfort in evaluating third-party AI tools for content gap analysis and quality monitoring. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various teams, including COEs, HR Operations, and enterprise content organizations with multi-channel experience. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting knowledge performance data and transforming insights into prioritized, actionable improvements. - Project management experience for content schedules, review cycles, and aligned publishing with a background in HR policy domains and compliance requirements. - At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Knowledge Management, HR Communications, or HRIS/HR technology roles. - Minimum of 2 years experience with ServiceNow HRSD in knowledge management and taxonomy design (equivalent enterprise HRSD platform experience will be considered). - At least 1 year of experience working with Now Assist for HR, AI Search, or Virtual Agent in a governance or optimization role.

Responsibilities

- Lead the strategy and complete content lifecycle for employee, agent, and policy knowledge bases with clear ownership and established audit trails. - Create and implement global standards for governance, metadata, accessibility, tone, and style. - Establish design standards for articles to ensure readability and compatibility with AI systems, alongside change management protocols related to policy updates. - Ensure content optimization for Now Assist and agentic AI workflows, focusing on structure and accuracy. - Track AI Search relevance and performance, collaborating with platform teams to address gaps and enhance findings. - Manage standards for knowledge blocks and metadata tags, assessing third-party AI tools for performance and improvements. - Collaborate with COEs and Service Delivery Leads to ensure content remains current and accurate, closing knowledge gaps effectively. - Work alongside the intranet team to streamline content and prepare for releases and enhancements, minimizing duplication. - Analyze performance metrics like search success and AI response accuracy, establishing and tracking KPIs for reporting purposes.
