Responsibilities

- Evaluate existing CLM workflows, integrations, functions, and operations to discover optimization prospects. - Create and set up Ironclad workflows, user interfaces, and automations in collaboration with product and engineering teams. - Develop enhancements and push configurations and automations into production. - Implement testing strategies, including functional, failure, regression, and user acceptance testing across workflows and integrations. - Work together with product subject matter experts and architects to ensure alignment of requirements with future architectural goals. - Offer guidance and a roadmap toward a forward-thinking digital CLM state. - Suggest effective rollout strategies informed by workflow assessments and success benchmarks. - Draft and fine-tune success criteria and implementation specifications in conjunction with the vendor. - Align module setup with domain knowledge and business objectives. - Conduct functional testing across system requirements, configurations, and deployment efforts. - Engage in hands-on configuration, design, integration development, and module assembly within Ironclad. - Collaborate with the architecture team to confirm that configurations and code are production-ready. - Identify key performance indicators and prioritize engineering tasks for product stories. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design launch specifications and keep them informed about progress. - Prioritize design requirements and collaborate with product teams to meet roadmap milestones.
