Requirements

Must:
- 10 years of experience in identity security. - Extensive knowledge of modern IAM platforms, with a preference for SailPoint. - Strong comprehension of authentication and authorization protocols along with directory services. - Experience in designing IAM solutions at an enterprise level. - Proven track record of leading large-scale identity transformations. - Ability to articulate complex identity issues understandably and challenge existing procedures constructively. - Demonstrated judgment with a commitment to ethics, regulatory compliance, and business integrity. - Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time. - Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. - Ability to collaborate across different functional teams and levels to achieve results. - Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. - Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Identity Governance and Administration solutions and support Privileged Access Management solution deployment. - Create integrations between IGA solutions and directory services, HR systems, and business applications. - Convert business and security needs into scalable identity architectures, workflows, and automation practices. - Architect solutions for employee onboarding, transitions, and exits, including identity lifecycle automation. - Collaborate with the Security Operations team to implement PAM solutions. - Work with Security Operations, Network, and Application teams to ensure uniform adoption of identity standards. - Execute zero trust access controls such as conditional access, least privilege, and posture-based enforcement. - Develop authentication and access control frameworks across the enterprise, enhancing MFA, SSO, passwordless, and risk-adaptive authentication. - Oversee the maintenance of IGA and PAM solutions, including the configuration of identity policies. - Collaborate with GRC to establish IAM and PAM standards, executing policies and entitlement governance standards. - Provide guidance on third-party and vendor access assessments, as well as IAM controls testing. - Engage with IT and business partners to promote the adoption of IGA solutions and zero trust principles. - Serve as a subject matter expert for identity-related decisions and technologies, guiding engineers, administrators, and application owners. - Set standards for entitlement models, role-based access controls (RBAC), segregation of duties, and certification workflows. - Mentor IAM and PAM engineers, analysts, and administrators. - Evaluate system designs to ensure they align with IAM principles and security controls. - Educate stakeholders on identity-related issues to enhance awareness and improve processes.
