IT program manager - project management tools

- Establish and manage the IT delivery framework to align with program objectives and priorities. - Oversee coordination across various IT delivery workstreams including integrations, testing, infrastructure, business readiness, and change management. - Implement a hybrid delivery approach that integrates Scrum at the team level with predictive planning at the program level. - Lead program governance, risk management, and communication with stakeholders. - Act as the primary IT project manager for all workstreams within the program. - Create and maintain the integrated IT delivery plan, outlining milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocations. - Track and manage a RAID log while driving mitigation and resolution, escalating when necessary. - Supervise scope, schedule, and budget adjustments, escalating to program governance when required. - Serve as the main IT program contact for executive leadership and business stakeholders. - Facilitate steering committee meetings and partner with business program management for executive reporting. - Manage IT communications, status reports, and escalation protocols. - Deliver consolidated IT delivery status updates covering progress, risks, dependencies, and finance. - Oversee complex integration needs across multiple internal and external systems. - Coordinate IT delivery activities and outputs amongst teams. - Ensure technical architecture meets business requirements and adheres to enterprise standards. - Direct a comprehensive testing strategy and its execution across teams. - Supervise user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and performance assessments. - Ensure operational readiness, facilitate knowledge transfer, and enhance business adoption of program objectives. - Coordinate the transition of solutions into production and ongoing operational support.
