IT Infrastructure Engineer/Administrator

- Drive innovation and facilitate the adoption of new technologies to enhance site reliability, user experience, and technology management - Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices, including patch management, role-based access control, vulnerability assessments, and regulatory compliance - Troubleshoot system issues and deliver Tier 1-3 support across cloud and on-premises environments, conduct root cause analysis, and escalate as needed. Some off-hours support may be required - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to assess, test, and implement new infrastructure technologies and services - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to promote continuous improvement in technology operations - Create and sustain infrastructure documentation including system configurations, network diagrams, runbooks, and disaster recovery strategies - Engage hands-on across various initiatives as part of our small yet expanding firm - Work onsite in our Boston office 5 days a week for the initial months, transitioning to a flexible schedule of 3-4 days per week thereafter
