Requirements
Must:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Practical experience in functional QA for web-based applications
- Strong skills in API testing and system data flow validation
- Proficient in database validation with SQL query writing and execution
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum framework
- Familiarity with JIRA for managing tests and tracking defects
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations via APIs, including leads and customer records
- Ability to ensure data consistency across web applications, Salesforce, and databases
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional testing for a new web-based application
- Verify user stories to meet acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks
- Perform API testing to ensure accurate data transfer between systems
- Execute integration testing for data exchanges with Salesforce and other platforms
- Validate database integrity by crafting and running SQL queries
- Document, track, and manage defects using JIRA
- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
- Confirm application functionality across various use cases and integrated systems
