Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience with modern MV*/SPA frameworks and tools, including Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, and RxJS.
- 3+ years in designing and developing APIs with microservices architecture utilizing Java, REST, NodeJS, and Swagger.
- 3+ years of experience in creating responsive and progressive web applications.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, and RestAssured, covering unit, integration, and functional testing.
- Advocacy for Test Driven Development with unit testing using Jest and Jasmine.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, and GitHub.
- Proficient in troubleshooting production challenges using tools like Splunk and Datadog.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated technical design, development, analysis, and problem-solving expertise.
- Keen interest in continuously updating skills with the latest technologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Angular/TypeScript.
- NodeJS experience for API integration.
- Preferred experience in Java API development.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Achieve a thorough understanding of all components of web applications and deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with technology teams to define and implement engineering solutions.
- Assist in the design, development, and support of critical enterprise applications.
- Work closely with business and product teams to outline product solutions.
- Uphold and advocate for sound engineering practices and standards.
- Explore new technologies and cloud deployments to provide business value.
- Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing using open-source frameworks.
- Lead initiatives for process and technology enhancements proactively.
- Remain updated on engineering trends and incorporate relevant practices into the team.
- Understand and act in accordance with the leadership vision.
- Foster a culture of innovation by setting positive examples.
- Discover innovative methods to achieve quality outcomes.
- Promote exemplary software engineering practices.
- Maintain a high standard of integrity in all tasks.
- Take ownership and accountability for delivering results.
