Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years in software development, showcasing solid SDLC expertise (preferred).
- At least 5 years in developing and delivering technical training (preferred).
- Familiarity with enablement projects or internal developer platforms (preferred).
- Proven experience in constructing training programs from the ground up (preferred).
- Exposure to financial services or regulated sectors (preferred).
- Demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and technology adoption (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive SDLC training program, managing it from inception to delivery and ongoing enhancement.
- Create educational content around SDLC best practices, AI integration, tools, processes, and standards for various learning formats, including self-service, instructor-led, and practical sessions.
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository containing examples, exercises, best practices, glossaries, and tool guides.
- Design learning trajectories for new hires and employees across different technical skill levels.
- Work collaboratively with enablement teams, engineers, and clients to pinpoint needs and create AI-driven SDLC solutions.
- Prototype and assess AI solutions as tools and processes change, quickly incorporating results into training modules.
- Provide guidance on selecting AI tools, implementation methods, and recommended practices.
- Generate instructional materials including presentations, videos, documentation, interactive exercises, and labs.
- Engage with subject matter experts to validate content contributions and consult with leadership to comprehend needs.
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences and deliver technical demonstrations.
- Manage project schedules, priorities, timelines, and deliverables for training and enablement projects.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, reporting findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance training content and delivery methods based on feedback and advancements in technology.
