Requirements
Must:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or related roles.
- Strong SQL proficiency with experience in enterprise data models.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for aligning technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of supporting cross-functional teams in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on execution.
- Experience with finance data concepts or working with Finance and FP&A teams (preferred).
- Knowledge of AI/ML-driven analytics and semantic layer architecture (preferred).
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake, Superglue, Databricks, or Qlik (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and document specifications for data governance, semantic layer development, and natural language querying.
- Perform user research to map internal finance user journeys, identifying pain points and translating findings into roadmap priorities and product direction.
- Facilitate execution for cross-functional projects, including scaling forecasting transformation and implementing AI-powered reporting capabilities.
- Convert finance business needs into product documentation such as problem statements, user stories, and success metrics for engineering and design teams.
- Promote the adoption of self-service and AI-first capabilities by designing intuitive experiences based on standardized finance data.
- Work alongside Finance Ops, Data Engineering, and AI/ML partners to ensure a shared understanding of data assets and their intended applications.
