Requirements
Must:
- Advanced SQL proficiency with relational databases and performance-oriented querying at scale.
- Expertise in Tableau for developing dashboards, visualizations, and compelling data narratives.
- Capability to convert analyses into clear recommendations and business insights.
- Experience in creating intuitive dashboards tailored for stakeholder use.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to ask clarifying questions and work autonomously.
- Familiarity with handling datasets in the millions of rows, and exposure to very large data environments of hundreds of millions to billions of rows.
- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience with extensive data environments ranging from terabytes to petabytes is a plus.
- Background in the telecommunications sector is advantageous.
- Understanding of ETL concepts and the data lifecycle is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics deliverables, align objectives, and share findings.
- Acquire and analyze large datasets from external partners in conjunction with internal data sources.
- Write advanced SQL queries to effectively manage and analyze relational databases at scale.
- Create and design user-friendly Tableau dashboards that illustrate activation success, user buyflow, and customer experience metrics.
- Examine trends, validate outcomes, and present clear data narratives alongside actionable recommendations.
- Navigate through iterative planning cycles and 1-4 week execution sprints.
- Focus on analytics for Seamless Entertainment and provide support for buyflow analytics as time permits.
- Work closely with data engineering and ETL team members to maintain dependable data pipelines.
