Requirements
Must:
- Proven analytical skills to interpret and convey program and project information, including status and results
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prepare for organization-wide events like PI Planning
- Competence in evaluating and documenting current and prospective states in software development settings
- Expertise in managing portfolio documentation effectively
- Strong collaboration abilities with team leads, developers, testers, and peers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to operate independently and manage portfolio tasks autonomously
- Comfort when collaborating with technical teams while maintaining a non-technical role
- Capability to hold others responsible and enforce established processes
- Experience in simultaneously supporting multiple projects
- Background in telecommunications preferred
Responsibilities
- Aid in portfolio management for the Wi-Fi organization across 4 to 5 primary portfolios
- Manage team requirements, prioritization, and executive communications, aiding project managers in defining the roadmap
- Coordinate timelines for deliverables across various portfolio teams
- Oversee intake processes, road mapping, bandwidth allocation, and align product requirements with engineering resources
