Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role within a technical setting.
- Proficient understanding of Generative AI and large language models, distinguishing them from conventional software systems.
- Strong expertise in the Google AI technology stack, particularly with Gemini.
- Skillful in creating workflow diagrams, business requirement documents, and process maps.
- Advanced prompt engineering abilities aimed at achieving specific business goals.
- Excellent listening capabilities to uncover fundamental needs.
- Clear communication skills for articulating complex AI concepts in simplified terms.
- Flexibility to transition between different business domains and modify communication styles accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gain insight into operations, challenges, and strategic goals.
- Map intricate workflows to pinpoint opportunities for automation and AI enhancement.
- Familiarize yourself with various business areas to customize AI solutions for distinct requirements.
- Execute feasibility assessments to determine suitable AI solution tiers and manage transitions to development as necessary.
- Estimate time-to-value, complexity, and return on investment for suggested enhancements.
- Direct the creation of tailored AI instances, encompassing system instructions, knowledge repositories, and configuration of personas/outputs.
- Produce user documentation to facilitate adoption.
- Maintain proficiency in the Google AI ecosystem, including Gemini 3.x/Flash and Google Workspace integrations.
- Collaborate with business units on ongoing testing and refinement based on actual usage.
- Document metrics post-deployment, user experiences, and achieved time or cost savings.
- Communicate the capabilities, limitations, and benefits of AI to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop guides, walkthroughs, and training sessions to ensure effective utilization of AI tools.
