Must:
- Proven expertise in cross-channel planning workflows across linear, digital, and streaming. - Comprehensive understanding of unified campaign planning, including budget management, allocation, reach, frequency, and pacing. - Familiarity with planning tools such as Mediaocean/Prisma, Operative, and Freewheel/Strata. - Insight into data flows related to order management, trafficking, inventory, and reporting systems. - Demonstrated ability to conceptualize future-state unified planning processes beyond current documentation. - Strong knowledge of forecasting and inventory modeling across various channels. - Experience integrating planning tools with downstream ad tech systems. - Capability to identify weaknesses in legacy planning processes and suggest scalable enhancements. - Comfort in leading workshops with planners, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on workflows. - Skill in converting planning challenges into clear, actionable product requirements.

- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and cultivate discussions to translate business objectives into concrete product direction. - Clearly document current-state processes and define future-state business workflows in alignment with stakeholders. - Act as a subject matter expert in ad sales for planning, trafficking, order management, and inventory-related workflows. - Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate legacy systems, identify gaps, and establish scalable processes. - Direct product development by explaining the rationale behind requirements to ensure outcomes align with goals. - Communicate effectively using ad tech terminology to bridge the gap between business and engineering teams. - Challenge existing assumptions, pinpoint opportunities, and propose creative solutions. - Develop comprehensive process maps, user narratives, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. - Conduct workshops to align planners, sales teams, and operations on unified workflows. - Convert planning challenges into clear product requirements along with their supporting rationale.
