Requirements
Must:
- 3 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst or a similar position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of leading meetings and driving results
- Excellent communication skills for both business and technical audiences
- Experience working onsite in Cincinnati, OH
- Familiarity with dispute resolution (preferred)
- Knowledge of financial crimes or the financial sector (preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, converting them into functional designs
- Collaborate with technical team members to translate requirements into suitable technical solutions
- Establish definitive test acceptance criteria and conduct unit and user acceptance testing
- Develop and run SQL scripts for ETL and data validation testing
- Research trends related to banking, data engineering, architecture, and data security
- Support and troubleshoot data platforms as needed
- Plan and implement internal projects such as legacy system replacements, monitoring and analytics enhancements, tool development, and technical documentation
- Offer guidance and mentorship to fellow team members
- Manage multiple tasks effectively and lead meetings
- Assist in various project management activities when required
Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will translate business requirements into functional designs while closely collaborating with our technical teams. You will be responsible for conducting clear acceptance testing, supporting our data platforms, and contributing to internal initiatives such as documentation and tooling development. We offer a competitive W2 hourly rate between $50.00 to $55.00, along with a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k plan with company matching, and life insurance.
