Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst transforming business intakes into detailed specifications.
- Proficient in using Lucid, Visio, and Figma for process documentation and wireframing.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile ceremonies and deliverables.
- Background in implementing or supporting waterfall methodologies and documentation practices.
- Demonstrated soft project management abilities, including managing stakeholder relationships and identifying resource gaps.
- Strong documentation capabilities utilizing Microsoft Word and related software.
Responsibilities
- Lead sessions to gather business requirements and convert them into clear, verifiable specifications.
- Develop process diagrams, wireframes, and documentation using Lucid, Visio, and Figma.
- Facilitate the refinement of the backlog, define user stories, and establish acceptance criteria within a SAFe Agile framework.
- Aid in the planning and documentation for the transition from Agile to waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, identify resource needs, and manage action items through basic project management techniques.
- Maintain an organized repository of documentation using Microsoft Word and similar tools.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment and traceability of requirements.
