Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in people analytics, particularly in talent acquisition or high-volume hiring environments.
- Proven track record in designing, consolidating, and building dashboards from inception.
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Tableau and Amazon QuickSight.
- Strong grasp of recruiting operations, talent acquisition workflows, and hiring processes.
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capable of navigating ambiguity and creating structured, clear outcomes.
- Prior experience with job architecture transformation, including titles, families, and codes (preferred).
- Familiarity with seasonal or surge hiring models (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Drive the assessment and redesign of around 50 recruiting and people analytics dashboards influenced by job architecture modifications.
- Integrate and reconfigure dashboards into a more straightforward collection of approximately 10 to 20 high-impact tools aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure dashboards accommodate high-volume, seasonal hiring demands and the rapid pace needed by talent acquisition teams.
- Transform reporting from legacy frameworks to an optimization-centric, forward-thinking analytics model.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data key points, KPIs, and insights regarding hiring volume, locations, pipelines, and in-process candidates.
- Create dashboards that highlight pipeline health, hiring status, and operational constraints for recruiters and talent acquisition leaders.
- Design dashboards to be intuitive, scalable, and actionable for end users involved in recruiting and workforce planning.
- Conduct stakeholder discovery in the first 90 days to document existing reporting structures, data sources, KPIs, and critical business inquiries.
- Convert stakeholder requirements into a strategic dashboard approach aligned with the revamped job architecture.
- Advise on platform placement for dashboards on Tableau and Amazon QuickSight depending on audience and scalability needs.
- Develop dashboards that are production-ready for deployment once the new job architecture is launched.
- Assist in post-implementation evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify optimization areas.
