Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile software development principles.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and relational database fundamentals.

- Capability to design and manage end-to-end data pipelines.
- Experience in consolidating data from various systems into unified reporting platforms, emphasizing data integrity.

- Expertise in Power BI development, including semantic model creation, advanced DAX, report and dashboard construction, and performance enhancement.
- Experience in developing AI-capable applications for Power BI, such as monitoring dashboards and automated reporting.
- Practical experience integrating AI features into Power BI, including Power BI Copilot and predictive analytics tools.
- Understanding of Power BI governance, data security practices, sensitivity labeling, and enterprise content management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric components like Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, Pipelines, and Lakehouse is preferred.
- Background in disaster recovery support, gateway monitoring, version validation, and tenant feature assessments.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform.
- Proficiency with Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
- Ability to automate workflows and incorporate AI into platform operations for enhanced validation and monitoring.
- Strong analytical abilities and technical problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience collaborating with business units to gather requirements, facilitate demonstrations, and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with partners, analysts, developers, and team members.
- Demonstrated commitment, proactive attitude, and passion for improvement.
- Proven track record in implementing process enhancements based on industry best practices.

Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
- Design and manage comprehensive data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, validation, and dissemination.

- Support platform-level tasks, including disaster recovery efforts, gateway monitoring, and version upgrades.
- Employ DevOps methodologies like CI/CD for Business Intelligence platform resources and data pipelines.
- Automate workflows using Power Platform, PowerShell, and REST APIs to boost operational efficiency and data quality.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver high-caliber solutions.
- Champion process improvements by applying industry best practices while coordinating effectively with partners and peers.
