Requirements
Must:
- Proven ability to create unit tests and detailed test plans for low-code platforms like Appian.
- Familiarity with administration and fundamental development of the Appian platform.
- Skilled in conducting code reviews and upholding development standards.
- Experience in managing deployment and release processes.
- Proficient in creating documentation on SharePoint and developing training resources.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience in Agile practices, including daily stand-ups.
Responsibilities
- Develop unit tests for applications constructed on the Appian platform.
- Formulate comprehensive test plans for projects based on Appian.
- Acquire knowledge of and effectively utilize the Appian platforms administrative features.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality and established standards.
- Manage the deployment process for Appian applications.
- Establish a SharePoint documentation repository for project artifacts.
- Create initial training materials for users and stakeholders.
- Learn to design solutions utilizing the Appian platform, implementing best practices.
- Engage in daily stand-up meetings with the Appian team.
- Contribute to the development of the main project while independently leading smaller projects.
- Act as the in-house technical authority on Appian development.

This role is a contract-to-hire position where we seek an individual eager to enhance delivery quality, create documentation and training frameworks, and act as an Appian subject-matter expert.
