Requirements
Must:
- Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
- Working knowledge of AI and ML concepts including data pipelines, model lifecycle, performance monitoring, bias, and explainability.
- Experience in implementing governance processes such as intake, control testing, evidence collection, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI model governance artifacts such as model cards, datasheets, and risk registers (preferred).
- Understanding of responsible AI practices like human oversight, safety, and transparency; exposure to MLOps (preferred).
- Experience with enterprise platforms that facilitate governance workflows such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power Automate/Power Apps, and Confluence/Jira; familiarity with data catalog/lineage and assessment tools (preferred).
- Bachelors degree in Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk/Compliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Process AI use cases through intake, review, assessment, socialization, and conclusion.
- Maintain inventories of AI systems, models, datasets, and third-party AI tools along with risk levels and approval statuses.
- Identify risks related to use cases, inform business leaders, and aid in risk mitigation.
- Conduct AI risk assessments focusing on purpose, model risk, bias, transparency, accuracy, and human oversight.
- Manage the AI intake process including triage, scoping, and collaboration with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, IT, and Business stakeholders.
- Create governance templates and artifacts including risk profiles, decision logs, RACI, playbooks, and assessment checklists.
- Generate dashboards and executive reports for leadership, audit, and regulatory inquiries.
- Facilitate regular reviews and recertification of AI systems, and manage post-deployment monitoring and incident response workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align governance requirements with delivery timelines.
- Provide training and guidance on responsible AI practices, updates to policy, and changes in process.
