Must:
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: - At least 2 years of professional experience in technical support or a related field. - A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. - Familiarity with payment processing, gateways, and shopping carts in the e-commerce sector. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and professional responses. - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information. - Capable of responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively. - Proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook). - Aptitude for working independently with minimal supervision. - Ability to thrive under pressure and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of technical concepts related to our products and integrations. - Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Responsibilities

As a Support and Integrations Specialist, you will: - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our full product and service offerings. - Learn and utilize our Platforms and CRM effectively. - Assist with workstation setups, ensuring users receive timely and efficient technical support. - Support merchants throughout the integration process, ensuring the proper configuration of our gateway with e-commerce shopping carts. - Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

We are looking for a dedicated Support and Integrations Specialist to become part of our team, working in-office from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. In this role, you will provide effective customer service by leveraging your knowledge of our products and services, addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints via phone and email. Our Support team excels in de-escalating tense situations and strives to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Strong communication and listening abilities are essential to identify the root cause of problems and deliver a positive customer experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, along with benefits including dental and health insurance, paid time off, paid training, and vision insurance. We expect candidates to be able to commute to Miami, FL, and prefer those willing to relocate prior to starting.
