Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT support across desktop, server, network, and cloud environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to new technology and troubleshooting techniques
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for fast-paced work settings
- Capability to multitask and prioritize client issues effectively
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows products, VPNs, performance issues, peripherals, and M365
- Successful completion of relevant Microsoft Certifications
- Minimum of 3 years of substantial experience with MS Windows
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an MSP setting is REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and resolving end user, network, and software issues
- Documenting and resolving reported issues
- Escalating complex cases to senior engineers as necessary
- Assisting clients with the setup, configuration, and ongoing usability of workstations and software
- Conducting regular preventative maintenance checks
- Diagnosing and resolving system emergencies as they arise
- Setting up new user profiles and installing required software
- Collaborating with vendor representatives to address software and hardware challenges
- Installing and upgrading Microsoft Operating Systems
- Adhering to established processes and standards
- Reviewing security parameters with clients and making informed recommendations
- Participating in various projects like system migrations, virtual server setups, and firewall installations
- Engaging in project planning and execution to ensure successful solution delivery
