Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, performance testing, and automation
- Proven ability to establish performance environments from the ground up
- Expertise in load, stress, and soak testing methodologies
- Strong communication skills to translate technical metrics into business relevance
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and operations teams
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality software
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance testing strategies to ensure stable and scalable delivery
- Create and maintain automated testing scripts using open-source frameworks
- Apply best practices for version control in test automation code
- Define and uphold QA standards for planning, execution, and automation
- Lead performance benchmarking, tuning, and management of performance environments
- Utilize tools such as Artillery, K6, JMeter, and LoadRunner for measuring and optimizing performance
- Identify and address risks, bottlenecks, and design limitations
- Convert performance metrics into actionable insights and recommendations
- Construct and sustain automation frameworks and test suites
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Stay updated with trends in QA, automation, and performance engineering
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between performance priorities and business needs
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
- Lead initiatives across teams to enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies
