Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer.
- Proficient in Java for creating test automation scripts.
- Extensive knowledge of Selenium WebDriver for effective browser automation.
- Experience in testing responsive web applications with a solid grasp of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Automation-centric mindset: committed to minimizing manual testing and maximizing automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes (such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions) and version control systems like Git.
Responsibilities
- Champion an automation-first approach by designing and implementing test automation strategies for new features (sprint +1).
- Develop and maintain scalable automated test frameworks with a primary focus on Java and Selenium for web applications.
- Create and execute automated test suites for various client-facing web portals, emphasizing cross-browser and responsive testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers to understand requirements and guarantee comprehensive test coverage.
- Promote best practices in test automation, code quality, and CI/CD integration.
