Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in QA and ETL Testing
- Significant expertise in Database Testing
- Proficiency in QA Automation techniques (essential)
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing and automation tools (required)
- In-depth knowledge of various ETL testing types: Data Accuracy, Data Completeness, Data Quality, Metadata & Transformation Testing, Initial & Incremental Load Testing
- Strong SQL skills for backend data validation
- Solid comprehension of Data Warehouse concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake, Facts & Dimensions)
- Established background in the Retail sector (marketing and backend systems)
- Comprehensive understanding of QA processes and testing lifecycle
- Experience in collaborating with Onsite-Offshore teams and effectively coordinating with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee QA teams in an Onsite-Offshore delivery model
- Ensure compliance with QA processes, standards, and industry best practices
- Analyze requirements and create detailed Test Plans
- Develop and implement ETL test cases, test scripts, and validation strategies
- Verify data integrity, mappings, transformations, and loading procedures
- Conduct database testing utilizing advanced SQL queries for data validation
- Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems
- Implement and utilize AI-based automation in testing workflows
- Collaborate closely with data architects and engineering teams for data validation and quality assurance
- Engage in end-to-end testing of retail marketing and backend systems
