Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience required
- Proficiency in on-site maintenance and installation of desktops, laptops, printers, and other technologies
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Strong grasp of current technologies
- Willingness and capability to learn new skills
- Understanding of the interplay between hardware and software
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Microsoft desktop server architecture
- Experience with Cat 5e/6/fiber and Wi-Fi connections
- Awareness of Internet security and remote access
- Proven project management experience in successfully completing IT projects
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Physical ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site maintenance and installation of IT equipment including desktops, laptops, and printers
- Utilize a ticketing system for issue tracking and resolution
- Troubleshoot technical problems efficiently
- Stay updated with current technologies and applications
- Collaborate on multiple projects concurrently
- Manage and implement networking solutions, ensuring connectivity and security
- Assist in training and guiding team members and users on IT systems
- Participate in project management activities to ensure timely project completion
- Support remote access initiatives for software and hardware
