Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of pertinent experience is preferred.
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in database creation and management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in team calls 1-2 times a week with our offshore account, conducting these in the evenings due to a 12-hour time difference, while documenting the projects.
- Serve as the project lead utilizing project management techniques on large-scale software initiatives across the organization.
- Clearly communicate project objectives with teams, including steering committees and project sponsors.
- Oversee the daily tasks of discovering, validating, documenting, and conveying business-process knowledge.
- Employ modeling, simulation, and analysis for both current and future operational states.
- Collaborate with business representatives who possess subject matter expertise.
- Monitor and assess provider performance based on scorecards.
- Compile information into comprehensive and insightful reports.
- Ensure data accuracy in all reporting formats.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect data and generate reports.
- Aid staff in understanding and utilizing software technology and updates.
- Document system changes through patch notes and other established standards to relay updates across the organization.
- Familiarize oneself with and uphold technology policies, standards, and the procedures manual.
- Contribute to achieving annual technology targets established by the Chief Technology Officer.
- Monitor the high availability, continuity, and security of data relating to ERI.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and explore their integration into ERIs current and future software systems.
- Provide assistance to both technical and non-technical staff regarding programs, databases, or other IT concerns as needed.
- Suggest ideas for enhancing efficiency and continuous improvement to Supervisors.
- Comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
Description
