Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in operations management, engineering, logistics, or a relevant technical field
- Ability to assist the Executive Affairs Division by supporting the Flag Secretary and PCO
- Experience in drafting memorandums, preparing briefing materials, correspondence, speech writing, and event planning
- Proficient in coordinating and creating outreach products, including web content, social media strategies, and technical reports
- Skill in organizing and facilitating events for internal and external audiences
- Expertise in providing subject matter knowledge for public engagements
- Capability to deliver monthly status reports on tasks completed, ongoing projects, and future plans
- Understanding of document management processes, policy program development, and administrative coordination
- Familiarity with project management practices and stakeholder communication
Responsibilities
- Translate user requirements into functional solutions and maintain quality throughout project life cycles
- Provide support for OMAOs Policy Program and assist in project management for high-profile initiatives
- Conduct business analysis to enhance administrative and operational processes across the organization
- Guide development tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable standards
- Review program documentation to confirm compliance with standards and project milestones
- Coordinate problem resolution to enhance user satisfaction
- Develop and manage project plans, risk registers, and progress reports for OMAO-wide projects
- Organize, coordinate, and schedule meetings, including agendas and follow-up actions
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements through thorough analysis
