Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of evolving experience with Microsoft 365 Application Services.
- Proficient in deploying and managing STIGs within DoD Hybrid settings.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune, and EntraID.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration and services within a hybrid server environment.
- Solid understanding of M365/O365 licensing.
- Ability to create PowerShell scripts.
- Background in Active Directory, MFA, and Security Compliance.
- Experience in providing user support and conducting software and hardware training to devise technology solutions and safeguard enterprise data.
- Proven experience in supporting mission-critical, 24x7 systems.
- Possession of IAT II Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of experts in a highly agile environment to deploy top-tier multi-Cloud solutions for substantial DoD projects.
- Participate in a Hybrid Cloud engineering group to design, construct, implement, and manage Microsoft Office 365 security solutions, including Microsoft Defender.
- Diagnose enterprise and client-specific challenges in Microsoft Office 365, conducting detailed analysis and devising innovative solutions.
- Create tools and scripts to automate deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and diagnostics tasks.
- Guide and mentor new team members and support training initiatives to enhance team capability and performance.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for the team.
- Develop a Cloud-Hosting System Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
