Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- TS/SCI clearance
- At least 3 years of experience using Figma and Angular for UI/UX design
- Knowledge of achieving government 508 compliance and understanding related regulations and policies
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze user requirements
- Perform task analysis, conceptual modeling, and develop information architecture
- Lead participatory and iterative design activities including usability testing and customer interviews
- Create user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, and design prototypes
- Effectively communicate research findings and design rationale both verbally and visually
- Plan and facilitate collaborative critiques and working sessions
- Collaborate closely with visual designers and development teams to meet customer goals
- Design and develop web pages and applications focusing on user-friendly interfaces
- Research user needs and potential system enhancements
- Plan, recruit, and conduct usability testing sessions
- Analyze results of usability testing and provide recommendations for system improvements
