Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- TS/SCI clearance
- Current SAFe Agile Software Engineer (ASE) certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee, coordinate, and execute modifications to network hardware and operating systems along with attached devices
- Investigate, analyze, recommend, configure, install, and test new network hardware and software
- Provide hands-on support for daily operations related to network hardware and systems
- Evaluate system usage, monitor response times, and troubleshoot operational issues
- Address physical network troubleshooting working with measurement hardware and software
- Engage in planning, design, technical reviews, and implementation for new network infrastructures
- Execute systems management and integration tasks
- Demonstrate expertise with virtualization technologies and network administration
- Maintain standards for network infrastructure including communication protocols such as TCP/IP
- Offer technical consultation, training, and support to IT staff as assigned
- Diagnose and resolve intricate communication issues
- Ensure systems are updated with approved patches and assist with certification and accreditation tasks
- Create SOPs and Quick Reference guides for users
