Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of progressive experience with Microsoft 365 Application Services.
- Proficient in deploying and managing STIGs in DoD Hybrid environments.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune, and EntraID.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Admin Application and Services in hybrid server settings.
- Familiarity with M365|O365 licensing.
- Capability in creating PowerShell scripts.
- Experience with Active Directory, MFA, and Security Compliance.
- Prior experience in user support and conducting both software and hardware training to develop technology solutions and safeguard enterprise data.
- Experienced in supporting mission-critical, 24x7 systems.
- Holding IAT II Certifications: CompTIA Security+ and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts in an agile environment to deploy top-tier multi-Cloud solutions for large DoD projects.
- Work with a Hybrid Cloud engineering team to design, implement, and manage Microsoft Office 365 security solutions, including Microsoft Defender.
- Diagnose enterprise and customer-specific challenges within Microsoft|Office 365, and create innovative solutions for resolution.
- Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and diagnostic tasks.
- Mentor new team members and support training initiatives to enhance team skills and performance.
- Act as a technical escalation point within the team.
- Create a Cloud-Hosting System Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
